People ask, sometimes, just what it is I am doing up in Yosemite, when I go there to hang out.   Well, here is an explanation of just what it is I do out there on the land. This is what my work was when I lived north of Tahoe in  Sierraville on my ranch there

Water Spirits

and what my real work is here in Yosemite.

I am , first and foremost, a feeler. this is how I go through this life on our beloved Earth. I have always been a feeler, and in these past ten years or so I have further developed and used my talents to help the land .

When I walk the land I can feel what the current energy is there, and also what has gone on there before (in the past) sometimes what will happen in the future.  Or, if you will, what is currently going on , energetically in ,  parallel dimensions, or on the other side.  I step through the Dimensional barrier (membrane)  and feel the Spirits who reside in the 4th and 5th dimensions on the land, which exist side by side with our 3rd dimension  that most of us humans know and live in.  This energy or medicine is that of the Ancestors (humans who have walked this land before us) and that of the nature spirits who reside there ( Spirits of the natural world, trees, rocks, mountains , water, animals).  Sometimes I can feel old energy from occurrences that happened on the land and that need to be released.  I work to release them , so that the natural energy flow may be restored.

Sacred land does not reach its highest potential energetically without conscious human interaction.  The land told me this one day.  Since then, other people have said that Native peoples held this belief, that we were put here for the Earth’s highest blessing, and that the Earth has been created to be our highest blessing as well.

I walk the land . I feel its energy. I bathe in its medicine. I am healed by its presence, it is healed by my presence. We join together in sacred union , we commune together, dancing joyfully. Spirit talks to me, we comfort each other.

This is my gift to the Earth  and all of Humanity.  For when the energy of sacred places such as Yosemite is accelerated, all of the Earth benefits from  the medicine it emanates out into the world.

I  love the beauty and great medicine of the land-it draws me in.  I don’t know why, but the boulders call to me, the trees call to me, the water calls to me, the mountains call to me. Their heart, their essence, extends out to me and my heart meets theirs, we thrill to be in each others presence, absorbing the medicine, the power, the love , bathing us in the love we share.  Dot to dot, point to point, I wander through the land connecting their energies, they use my human mobility to do this for them. I run the pattern, accelerating the flow of the medicine between them. Connect , connect, connect, they tell me.  They open energy portals for me to walk through, opening the way for increased medicine to emerge, and , I hope ,opening the way for other humans to experience  it as well.

When my feet touch the earth, I smile.

I don’t honestly know if I am drawn to places ; rock, trees and water  because I have shifted in dimensions, or if  I am drawn to them and then they shift me. Places I have walked by many times will suddenly speak to me, “Over here! Feel me too! Come to me!  I love you! Love me too! ” And love each other we most certainly do. We channel the power, the love the medicine together, vibrating, communing  and blessing each other.

Oh Feel the Love!

The land itself taught me how to work with it. No books, no workshops, no shamans showed me the way. The land itself took me into its confidence and showed me its secret  pathways  to the other dimensions.

In Sierraville, after the horse people left for the day, the land would call me off to great adventures with it, guiding me and showing me just how to work with it.  Sometimes, the animals wold lead me to certain special places , or  I would follow the birds as they led me to my destination.  Or, the rocks would speak to me, showing me energy portals to walk through .  Trees on the hillside would call me to them, and I would walk or ride a horse to discover their medicine.  Upon arriving at these special spots, I would honor them, thanking them for showing themselves and drawing me in, and commune with them, feeling their presence , medicine, and love. They taught me to notice and bless every rock, plant, patch of lichen, tree and land form, drawing me to their essence , their energy, their medicine, their power.

Occasionally they ask for ceremony in specific places to release old stagnant energy ,  maybe from old negative  harmful  human interactions that has occurred there. Or perhaps it is occurring there in the  future dimensions, or currently, I am not always  sure about time differences.

Sometimes I perceive these  dimensions just by walking (or driving ) in these land areas. At times, I shift into these other dimensions by hiking, walking,or feeling the essence of the water . Or, sitting or laying on the ground or rocks, just spending time there in the Nature Spirits medicine , being in direct contact with the Earth itself. Sleeping outdoors is one of my easiest and most direct portals to the other side. Shifting into these other dimensions brings me to a place of bliss, unexplainable, unending bliss that makes my heart soar and sing.  I can stay immersed in this place of Bliss for hours after my contact or even days  .I feel that living this place of Bliss , this dimensional shift, is our birthright.  We were designed to dwell in this bliss 24/7.  Native peoples, through their strong connection to the land, lived in this place of bliss and peace as they drew their medicine from the land.

When folks speak of the 4th or 5th dimensions or the dimensional shift the Earth is currently undergoing, this is where we are headed, to this place of bliss and love , living fully connected to the Earth and to each other, always operating from the place of love. From this place of supreme connection and bliss we heal ourselves and the Earth, easily, happily, joyously.

A hot discussion topic around here lately has been the transition of our Earth from a Material planet to a Spiritual planet, and the dimensional shift that is facilitating this transition.   This makes me think  back to  a conversation I had before I left Sierraville, with my friend Ferrell, a Maidu  brother from Northern California.  We were talking about the Earth and  how we will transition  from being a society obsessed with the Material  to living  with a truly Spiritual focus. Ferrell told me that his people, before their contact with the Whites, spent, on the average, only  3 to4 hours a day meeting their needs for food and shelter. Then they had the  rest of the day free to engage in other pursuits, as in deepening their Spiritual connection,  kicking back with their families ,  and just enjoying life.  He also mentioned , with a big smile on his face, that in those days they had ample time to pursue their favorite pastime, gambling , as well!  Since then I have heard from several  sources   that other tribes in North America lived in  the same manner, they only needed a few hours a day to meet their requirements for material survival, no more.  Imagine a world where we only worked a few hours a day and had the rest or our time”free”.  Wow. Would that lower your stress level, or what?  Of course, these native peoples did not  have I tunes or granite counter tops in their kitchens (what kitchens?) , they lived pretty simply compared to us.  But what was their level of satisfaction, peace and bliss in comparison to ours? Way higher!  And , they were free in so many more ways than us, and especially,  free from the tyranny of their minds.

I believe that our Earth is now moving from being a material planet to a Spiritual planet. This has been in process for some time now. :As an example of how you can use the other side to make life easier in the 3rd, here;s the story of some visitors that came into the vc and told to me last week.
Camas guys, they went out and connected with the camas devas, and then went back to Sonoma, where they had never seen camas growing, ever , walked down the path and then, looked back and it was full of camas. They shifted the dimension, and brought the camas energy to the 3rd dimension.  The Spiritual energy here on Earth has accelerated to such a degree that it has become easier and easier to live more in the Spiritual realm  than ever before. And, at the same time, it is becoming more difficult to live strictly in the 3rd dimension, continually bound by material needs and wants.  We humans have thoroughly explored what it means to live in the material world, and now the pendulum in swinging back to a better balance between the Spiritual and the Material. For we were designed to live on this Earth using a both  the Spiritual and the Material to meet our needs.  We simply  don’t have to work so hard if we use our Spiritual gifts and talents  more . Our birthright is to use our ability to travel to other dimensions to simplify our tasks here in the material world, making survival easier and much more seamless. Simply put, we don’t have to work so freakin’ hard.  This work ethic has been programmed into us by society, and now its time to install a new program to override it.  I propose that we can journey out to “the other side” or  dimensions other than this 3rd one,( where we are strictly bound by our senses), what we can see hear touch taste smell and feel.  We, as humans were designed to easily and fluidly travel in other dimensions and to use them to manifest,  retrieve and bring back what we need here in the 3 dimensional world. can use the other side to make life easier in the 3rd,as an example of this process here’s a story some   visitors whom I met in  Yosemite recounted to me last week. These fellas craft their lives around their passion for wildharvesting food from the land, and are very much connected to the land through this passion. I call them the Camas guys, that’s their favorite food they harvest. These Camas guys always had to travel away from their home base in Sonoma to gather their favorite camas bulbs, as none grew on their own land. After returning from the East Coast where they had been out connecting with the Camas Devas ( the Devas are the subtle spiritual energies that protect plant life)  and gathering the Camas , they went for a walk on their own property. As they headed up the hillside trail, the plant life  appeared to be in its habitual state (ie, no Camas present) .As they stopped and turned around to have a look back at the trailside, they saw an entire field of Camas bulbs where before there had been none.
. They had shifted  dimensions, and brought the Camas energy back with them to the 3rd dimension. Wow…..How Cool is that!
And I feel that, as the Earth continues in this shift towards  being a more Spiritual planet, we will live in the 4th and 5th dimension more fully while being firmly rooted here on the Earth. Our Earth was designed to be a fun place , a big Spiritual playground for us, not a place of drudgery and continual work for survival.
We know the way.
I propose that now is the time for all humans to break this Rusty Cage of strictly 3rd  dimensional living and ……Run! into the other dimensions, now!
We will walk the path of fulfillment through our Spiritual Nature and live in bliss and harmony with the Earth and Ourselves.  I know it!
When we shift ourselves over to a place of bliss, we go into the 4th dimension, where we are fully in our power and still fully present and functional …..just happier  and more at peace with the world and ourselves, no matter what problems  we come across and whatever going on in the world, yippeee

Gracefully Accepting Change

   With the snow and the unusually wet weather we have had this spring, one of the things that has come up over and over again at my work  in Yosemite with the visitors  has been looking at people’s adaptability to different weather conditions, and life in general.  We are not in control of the weather, Nature is , but sometimes visitors here at the park have difficulty accepting this . They have planned their vacation with the thought that they will have perfect sunny days, and here they are in this paradise, and it’s snowing or raining on them . (Usually my counsel to them is to realize they will see and discover things that they would never see in good weather, if they only relax and allow it to unfold) This causes me to ponder the concept of taking any situation and making the most of it, looking for the silver lining, so to speak, in any given set of parameters  of experience. As my friend Erik puts it, to take a situation and to not only survive in it, but to thrive in it. I feel  like there is so much change and shifting going on in our society and on the Earth in general these days, that people’s security is being swept away from them, forcing them to adapt and change. So how can Nature show us how to walk with grace and beauty through all these changes and disruptions in our lives? Because it’s not the disruptions themselves that are the root of discomfort, but our reactions to them.  Look at Nature, look at the trees and rocks and animals that dwell outside. When a rainstorm comes in, they remain constant, their energy does not change, they don’t react and yell, what’s with this weather? They persist, they survive, they thrive. the animals may seek shelter, but they wait out the storm and don’t make a big deal of it like us humans do. If we all spent just one month living outdoors, in all sorts of weather conditions, we would see that its a beautiful thing to feel and experience the weather changes, cold to hot, dry to wet,windy to calm, to see the stars and moon and the sun rise and set. We are so disconnected from our natural rhythms that we have forgotten how wonderful they really are . Change is good, it purges and sweeps away old stagnant energy, just as the wind sweeps through the canyons before a storm, cleansing and clearing in front of the rain and snow. The storm rages and purges, and then when it clears, all is made clean and new again. Fresh and wonderful . Challenges and changes in our lives take on a similar pattern. We can be cleansed, if we only allow it to happen, by the nature of our challenges, they force us to think and act differently.   Human nature resists change. Our mind and egos, the fearful part of us, are scared of change . They run from it.   If we can only watch Natures example and look outside, we can see how it gracefully goes through change and comes  out bursting with new energy. Resistance is futile. Gracefully accepting and flowing with change is a valuable resource to help us through the shift in energy that is upon us. Remember, not only survive, but thrive in any situation.  Look for the silver lining, it is always before you in any test. You may come out a changed person, but it is always for the best. Go from Spring into Summer  thriving on the changes ahead.

Path To Bliss

       Last week  my  friend  Lissa asked me how could she   develop her own way of shifting her energy so that she can journey to the other side.   She  recently had had a remarkable experience going

to the other side  while on a facilitated journey with a Shaman, and wanted to know how she could develop her personal way of going there on her own .
       I feel that this  brings up an interesting topic, do we need to be  dependent on someone or something  to achieve that shift: to journey to the other side, or can we learn to do it on our own? Must we use a drug, a Shaman, a method, or ceremony?  These things are all tools,  used to shift the mind, which is  what  you must do to  go to the other side. They may get you there, but they can defeat the purpose of it all:attaining personal freedom and power, and keep you dependent on some THING to get there. What if your thing or method isn’t  available? Cant get there. What if your  Shaman leaves town ? Cant get there. What if the conditions are not just perfect? Cant get there. That’s all wrong. Be careful, the mind/ego wants to  fixate on   the mechanics of the process, trapping you in its  details. Because by nature  journeying to the other side is so abstract, the mind seeks to solidify it by focusing on the process.
       It is our birthright to journey to other dimensions and realities, but unfortunately we have been raised in a society that denies the existence of anything we can’t see, feel taste or touch..The Third dimension that we live in, the place of the senses, is but a small portion of all the realities which are present in the Universe. Native peoples knew this and used all dimensions much more than does modern society , it was a part of daily life for them.  Most of their lives were spent in a state of bliss and joy, because they did not allow the ego /mind to dominate them as we do.  And journeying to the other side helped them live the bliss in this  third dimensional world.
       Our Destiny: To journey to the other side and  bring back that big old bucket of bliss.
When you do this, you add incredibly  to the bliss factor on the Earth. You are changing the world in a hugely beneficially way,making your personal contribution  much more than you can by changing the system .
      All you need is yourself , and your phenomenal heart that you always carry   with you.  You can be naked, you can be anywhere :you can be with people, you can be alone.you can be inside, you can be outdoors. Its like a muscle, you develop it and  use it until it comes easily. A little spontaneous practice and you will be  there. No special formula needed, just your own self. Just  leave your ego/mind behind.   As humans, we can get sidetracked and absorbed by the method itself, allowing it  to become the focal point. The ego wants to cling to the method and focus on the ritual, the sweatlodge, the ceremony that was intended to be an inspiration, not a trap.  These rituals have their place, but they should not be the focal point of your journey. They help you to learn how to journey so that you know what its like to go there, but then its up to you to discover and use your own personal method to  get there.  You shouldn’t have to wait for an event in time.   
       Tom Brown calls it finding your hair, your own way of accessing the other side. Carlos Castaneda called it shifting the assemblage point .     
     There are endless ways to make the shift in awareness..  Focus on the breath is onw way.   For many people, water will help them.This  could be using the energy of a  lake ,stream, waterfall  or even a shower.   Anything in Nature that you choose to cultivate a relationship with can be used as a springboard to the other side, simply by honoring its essence.  The rocks, trees, flowers , mountains , animals, every bit of nature has a spirit, an energy that you can tap into . Our relationship with them by design is set up to help  humans explore other realms.  You can also use your dreams and the state of awareness that is present between waking and sleep to begin a journey.  You can begin with one “hair”, becoming familiar with it, then expanding your abilities to use more and more  ways to access the other side.  All you realy need to do is to state your intent to discover your own way and then allow it to come to you.
       My answer to Lissa was to request that  her guides or helpers (whoever she feels assists her ) show her the way to finding and developing her own “hair” or access to the other side.
      Enjoy the adventure of finding your way to your own knowledge of the other dimensions, and ride the energy now.  Surf’s Up!

Use Your Passion To Create Unity With Spirit

The horse symbolizes for us humans our connection with our own Spiritual Power and Freedom, for the horse is oh so powerful and free in its energy. It is a unique situation we have set up so that the horse can trust us and allow us to ride him, becoming the vehicle for our spiritual liberation and to gain understanding and knowledge of our own spiritual connection and power and to use the freedom aspect to channel these powers (our own personal medicine) and bring them out into the world. Horse is a 1000 pound living channel to the earth. We ride astride this beast, using our legs and opening our pelvis angle to accept the gift of the earth’s energy channeled through the horse into our bodies. As we ride, the horse jiggles and shakes our body to activate this unique channel and receive the energy. Excellent riding posture uses a lifted chest and relaxed flowing pelvis angle to move with the action of the horse: the lifted chest activates and opens the heart chakra to receive and it also shows the humans heart energy to the world, allowing the human to be vulnerable and open their heart channel for Spirit. Spiritual energy comes in through the top of the human head, to mix in the heart center with the grounding energy which comes up from the Earth . The horse, as a channel, brings this Earth energy up through his four legs , through his body and up into his third chakra (his power center), which happens to be the area of the horses’ back the human sits on while riding. This Earth energy then flows directly from the horse into the humans first chakra (via his seat) up throughout his body and into the heart-so that this combined and fully balanced energy can then be expressed through the human heart and out into the World. The trust between the two beings allows this flow to happen. Horse and Human work together as a channel (or hollow tube ) for a now fully balanced Spiritual Energy to be expressed out into the World. Remember the famous scene in the movie Dances with Wolves where Kevin Costner rides the horse through the Civil War battlefield, untouched by enemy fire? He had shifted fully into another dimension-the Heart Dimension-and so was completely fearless and untouched by enemy fire while riding through the battlefield. Examine his posture during this ride, legs relaxed, pelvis open , chest lifted, his heart was fully exposed to the world, arms outstretched to receive, fully surrendering to the power of Spirit. He was able to perform this amazing feat because his connection and trust with his horse shifted him to a place of being fully in his personal Power and Freedom. Connect with your horse, know the power of your Spirit. Live the heart dimension now. Accelerated connection with the horse gives you accelerated connection to your Spiritual Nature, increasing your bond to the horse and to the Earth. This concept of unity with the horse can be used with any passion you hold Skiing Climbing Running Hiking Incorporating an open hearted stance in your sport or activity will allow you to channel the love and power of Spirit and the Earth. Any activity you feel strongly about is your vehicle to complete freedom and power while on the Earth. Check it out.

Create A Love Journal

We came to this Earth to be creators of Love,  it is in everything around us, every being, tree and rock .  It is our life force.  Yet we get so involved in our earthly desires and matters that we forget why we came here, which is to spread Love throughout the Planet. We need to make a mental effort to create more love in our lives, spreading it throughout  our world. The first step is to look for the Love in every thing you do.  Its easy, just observe yourself. For one day, ask this question about every thing you think , do or say;  does this originate from a place  of Love , or  fear?   Because, every thing  comes out of one or the other. So, be aware of how these thoughts and actions originate for you .  The next day, with each thought or action, ask yourself, how can I create more Love through this? This will really help you to see just where your mind is at most of the time.  A great way to create more Love is to make a Love Journal. Record things that  have happened to you in your day, every day, and how they bring Love to you, we have many opportunities to create more Love each day, if we choose to use them in this manner. Be sure to look over your journal periodically to recognize all the times when Love was present  for you . Remember, what we dwell on is what we create more of  in our lives. And , through recognizing and honoring   our true Love nature , we will bring more Love to ourselves and our world around us, creating more Love for all on this Earth.

My New Love is Standing At My Door Wearing Only A Big Red Ribbon

Phew! One more move under my belt.  Finding housing and moving around Yosemite this year has been a big project: now I have rented an apartment to stay in until summer, and I am thrilled to settle in one place for a while. My friends have all pitched in to help me make my moves, they have been so very gracious to help me. I recruited a young friend and coworker at Arch Rock ( the entrance station that I work at in Yosemite) to help me in this last one, and I promised to make him dinner as a payback. Two of my girlfriends came over for the dinner as well, and we had fun chatting about our world here in Yosemite. One of the topics that came up was dating. My friend Marla brought up the topic of the lack of eligible males for females to date here. Salvador, being the big-hearted Latin fella that he is, agreed with her. There’s just not ANY single men around here, and Marla said, but I can come up with 20 great single women in my head immediately! Where’s all the men? There’s NO men around here! Well, being the newest of the group to Yosemite and all that , I felt compelled to play Devil’s Advocate and to encourage exploration of another perspective on the topic.. Wait a minute….what do you mean? Are there just not any men around? Do the women really outnumber the men by so much? What do you think the ratio of men to women really is here? After several minutes of reflection, Marla said she felt it wasn’t a ratio of women to men issue, but she just couldn’t think of any single men in this area. So I challenged the group in the room to make a list of 20 single men in Yosemite. And we did. Only it took us awhile , because we had to discuss each one’s merits or (demerits as it were ) as we made the list. At first, they wanted to disqualify some of them, but I reminded them the task was to make a list of single men, period, and not just a list of men we liked .After we came up with number 16, we agreed to stop, as the point was clear, there were 20 single men here, just not maybe 20 single men we would consider desirable. I have to confess that there was one guy mentioned that I said I would definitely NOT turn away should he show up at my door! Which leads us to another point of our discussion, how is it that women are always lamenting the lack of good men, when men do not say there’s not enough good women? And, are women kidding themselves when they say that they are available and ready for a serious relationship, yet don’t find an available man or a good man? Are the men just being more honest when they say they don’t want a serious relationship? My point I brought up in all this was that I feel like, if a person desires a relationship and is not in one, it usually is because some part of them does not want to be in one, …….not because of a lack of single datable (hot?) men (or women) . I feel that there is a deeper part of them (their higher self ) that is ultimately in control and that part keeps them out of relationships, for the sake of its own agenda. And the conscious or personality part of themselves that wants the relation can voice its desires, but ultimately it is not in charge of their destiny. Some people could use other names for these parts of us, I have a friend who does hypnotherapy and she calls the parts “the committee” and urges her clients to realize the presence of all their parts and to learn to get them to work together towards a desired goal. I just feel that we have an agenda created by us and for us by Spirit (our higher selves) and that agenda isn’t always a known one. It may be of great need for someone to not be in a relationship even though the personality craves one and all that comes with it. So, once again the topic of personal responsibility rears its ugly head. It’s not numbers of available partners that dictates a persons chances of entering into a relationship, but the agenda of that persons higher self that keeps them either in or out of romantic relationships.  Just how can a person know what their higher self’s agenda is? Well, that would be a topic for the next dinner party. Stay tuned. Oh and by the way, the answer to the question “When will I find my love object standing at my door wearing nothing but a big red ribbon?” is, when Spirit ( higher self ) feels it’s the right time for such a gift to arrive! Should I look out for the Fed Ex truck?

Touch Your Bliss

As we humans all move to a higher spiritual plane while on this earth, we are evolving and changing rapidly.  We are all going to a place here on earth where we will live our lives in a state of spiritual bliss.  This is our birthright, it is the state we were intended to live in on this earth.  Native peoples before us lived in this state of  bliss continually while being truly connected to nature.

Our challenge now is to touch into this place of peace and joy, while our human world goes through tremendous changes- in essence, to ride out this storm by maintaining an island of bliss and peace while in the eye of the storm itself.  We can do it, it is what we are designed to to on this earth.

Through our connection to nature, we can learn to surf  the dimensions and actually begin to touch our bliss!  Every aspect of nature, each rock, tree, flower, and animal is designed to be a channel to our higher selves.  We can use these parts of the natural world to channel our bliss on a daily and continual basis.

Its like a radio station-you can tune into their frequency anytime you wish, just turn your dial and you will receive their broadcast.  They eagerly await your contact.  Just how do you do this?  Practice -tune in frequently to nature- go outside, sit or walk quietly, calm yourmind , breathe and observe an aspect of nature that draws yourattention-be quiet and focus-allow them to commune with your own energy fields-if you only take some of your time and intend to tune in -the Nature Spirits will joyfully oblige you with a wonderful energy exchange and communication.   Then kick back and allow them to speak to you:watch the light dancing through the leaves of a tree, the breeze moving through the willow leaves, observe the animals and let them lead you on a personal journey with them.  Let them dance with joy with your spirit..   Allow the trees to sing with you, watch the movements of the clouds  and how everything dances and sings .  Their communications with you are as as subtle as the changing light or the rustle of leaves in the slightest breeze.  Turn down the chatter of your mind , open your heart, connect with your spirit through the Spirit of nature.

Tune into the song of the natural world, practice the art of allowing it to commune with your own spiritual energy and soak up its caress. Sooner, rather than later, with your intention to connect you will cultivate the ability to connect with Nature at anytime during your day, in any place, realizing that you are always in its presence and energy.   All you need to do is tune into its channel, and you will shift easily into a personal state of  joy and bliss.

Spring is the time of renewal for the planet earth, and renewal is flowing mightily here in Yosemite.

Its lunchtime, and my friend Sally and I are in the Ahwahnee eating a delicious burger. We have just driven into the valley through the fabulous Merced River canyon and are amazed at the display of wildflowers there. Our waiter tells us that he has never in his 34 year career working at the Ahwahnee, seen the wildflowers as spectacular as this year. Picture the bright green new grass of spring and all the mosses growing on the steep canyon walls above the mightily flowing Merced river, and these slopes are covered with bright orange poppies, literally blanketing the undulating hillsides. The color is psychedelic, hot orange everywhere!

What has caused this once in 34 years display? Some of it came about due to the fire that raged through the canyon last summer, but even the slopes that escaped the flames are blooming like never before. Its as if Nature went wild and said Let it Rage with color! Could it be that the Nature Spirits are showing us what is to come for us as humans, that after the cleansing of the flames we are currently in, the Spiritual Renewal process will set us ablaze with color never seen before, as we bloom Spiritually? Top to Bottom , Beginning to End of this canyon is full of flowers, the most expressive show seen in a lifetime for some. Could it be that after our intense changing we are to bloom the brightest ever?
Further up the canyon as you enter Yosemite valley itself, after experiencing the color show, you are impressed by the water which flows off the steep granite walls and cascades down into the valley floor. There is foaming water everywhere you look, and you are surrounded by the sounds of cascading water, rushing , and cleansing in its essence over the granite.

To Tu Ya, the Paiute Ancestor, is everywhere. She was named this for Sacred water that runs over Rock in Yosemite. Her energy surrounds you in the valley now, cascading and cleansing everywhere you turn, symbolic of the cleansing of ourselves through the breakdown of our social systems . This cleansing of our society and systems and therefore ourselves is as beautiful in scope as the lovely waters of Yosemite. It runs through us and over us , purging pockets of old beliefs and mind resistance that no longer serve us in our newly emerging fully spiritual Earth. Our Earth is in bloom with our new Spiritual energy.
This is not an easy process, the mind/ego resists losing control of the old patterns through this cleansing.
It is our souls path.
Our higher selves know how to guide us through these changes.
We are moving from a material based planet to a spirit based earth.
Allow and feel the sacred waters to cleanse you.
Allow To Tu Ya and the sacred waters to take you wherever you need to be on your own spiritual journey. They will cleanse you and bring you to a grand Spiritual Renewal- as the water flows from Yosemite valley into the Merced River Canyon -to the spectacular Wildflowers of a true Spiritual Reawakening-as our souls bloom again , more magnificently than ever before.

What Color is Your Cosmic Toolbox?

Mine is bright red!  That’s because I love the color red. It is made of  metal and shiny, and not too big, just the right size for travelling.  its sooo cosmic because it goes  all over the planet with me!  Inside are all the tools I need to walk my path on this planet called Earth.  The kind of tools I keep inside  are ones I have discovered along my path that work for me: they help me to better  navigate my journey.  Some of them I have carried with me for quite some time, others are added when needed  and then later removed when I no longer use them. Some of them are more Spiritual in nature, and some are  self-help tools .
I had a cool dream last week,  in it my dad met me ( he resides on the other side now)  and he took me  into a room and handed me off to a Native person who was sorting through a lot of items in the room, as he readied  himself for a journey. This guy had a very supportive, loving energy he emanated as he spoke to me. He gestured with his arm out into the room, showing me all the things he was not taking with him.  You don’t need any of these, he told me. He was putting the items he was selecting  into a medium sized backpack. Then he pointed out my pack, and said, I’ll show you this time, how to do this, so that for the next trip you can do it on your own.  As we sorted and tossed and put a few things into the packs, we also prepared some medicine and herbs to take along  with us. He taught me very carefully how to do this preparation. My interpretation of this dream is that he was showing me  old patterns and ways of dealing with things that I no longer needed to carry with me and use, and introducing me to new tools to take    along in the pack  with me. The packs were related to the cosmic toolbox, in their own way.  Nice.
Our Earth and all of us  are all changing at an astonishing rate .  We can have more ease in these accelerated times by consciously assembling the items we would like to take with us in this new phase of our journey, realizing we have a choice now as to what we will take and what we need to leave behind.  Whether we use a toolbox or a backpack is of no importance…..just do the tossing and sorting as quickly as you can, there is not much time left now to prepare .
One of my most valuable tools I carry with me right now is the  practice of appreciation.  To ride out this time of oh so  rapid evolution, we can create a calm center in the eye of  storm to hang out in  by using the tool of appreciation. To use this tool, go into your heart center and feel appreciation for everything in your life .   This will calm and center you and lift your energy.  A my friend Poppy says, “FEEL THE LOVE!” Whether its petting your cat or looking at the stars or connecting withanother human in a loving way, it is all about appreciation. Spending some time each day in a state of appreciation will greatly enhace your ability to ride out these rapidly changing times.
Another way of using appreciaton is to connect more with the Earth and everything on it. As you no doubt are already aware of,  every bit of nature, each rock, every tree, bird and animal carries with it the energy of Spirit. And you can use these aspects of Nature to channel the energy of your higher self…..by connecting with Nature!  As you take a few moments to honor and recognize the rock in front of you, connecting with it, you are channeling its energy into yourself, and its energy is that of Spirit, your Higher Self.   Make that connection as much as  possible, honor and appreciate every little thing in Nature, and you will fill yourself more and more with the energy of Spirit,and that is  Love! FEEL THE LOVE< BABY!
